New ordinance in Emilia-Romagna in force
From July 2 to Sept. 15, 2025, the Emilia-Romagna Regional Ordinance that introduces preventive measures for workers exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time goes into effect.
In the presence of HIGH risk levels (red area on the Worklimate map at 12 noon), outdoor work is prohibited from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the following areas:
- Agriculture and floriculture
- Construction and related sites
- Logistics yards

Work and Environment and LAMED are at the side of companies to support them in the implementation of planned measures, microclimate risk assessment and worker health protection.
